The tables are always very dirty. Does anyone ever clean them?
The girl at the counter got really rude when I asked for another coffee because the first one was cold. Not another customer in the shop at the time. She absolutely hates working there. If you don't take care of your customers someone else will. Overpriced and rude? I'll make coffee at home thanks!
This is truly the BEST Starbucks. The staff is always so kind to me and my daughter. They go above and beyond bringing crayons to her, talking to her etc. the food and coffee are consistently delicious and delivered with efficiency. LOVE this place
I guess this is one of the few remaining Starbucks with the old coffee machine. (they brew and hold for 30 mins) My coffee was luke warm, I'm use to having it hot. Service was great, employee greeted me. water fountain in front was good. the sun did not dry up my seat - so it was a little damp. Overall, I just wish my coffee was hot.
