The starbucks in my town make the chi taste like the old way you had it. I asked them at this location if they can do it the old way and they said yes but they didn't it taste like crap. Called them to ask about it and the lady I talked to was very rude.
Tried asking a question and they hung up on me. Not impressed with the customer service.
