This is my favorite Starbucks in the area for working on my laptop. Tons of seating options, huge community table, lots of charging ports. And most importantly to me, it has great and relaxed vibes. It’s conducive for focusing on individual work, while still feeling part of a community.
I came to the counter to pick up my order and wasn’t even acknowledged. The barista visibly saw me at the counter trying to ask a question but ignored me. Not even a “can I help you?” Also, I waited about 20 minutes for my order. I didn’t even get the correct order. I ordered a regular Ocean Drink and received an Energy Ocean Drink. Very disappointed
Sunday I ordered the iced expresso drink with modifications. I've ordered it before and it came out great. But this time it was not good. I asked for a Venti and it was made Grande. Then when I showed the barista what it was supposed to look like it was remade but all they did was fill my whole cup with ice in a Venti cup. My drink didn't look anything like the picture, I was so disappointed. It didnt even taste good. I basically paid for a shot of expresso an foam. And the foam I paid extra for wasn't even up to the top.
