With the new set of rules, it’s hard to not be disappointed how horrible this establishment has become. Not only did I have to wait in line for about 10 minutes to order a cup of water on a hot day, Now I’m being basically forced to buy something in order to even have water. To put blame on homelessness, these decisions were made so unfair for people that been that that plaza for years and even work there. Came here for the first time while waiting for my car to get fixed at a car shop down the street. It has a nice big lobby with plenty of seating. The gentleman with really nice teeth was very kind when I asked for the bathroom code. So far so good… Unfortunately, a bit later two young girls, probably in their teens, came and sat at the table beside me. During my recent visit to the drive-thru at Starbucks, I experienced a delay in service while waiting for my turn to receive my coffee. Upon reaching the window, the employees informed me that the payment machine was not functioning properly. Given that this issue was beyond my control, I had hoped that they might provide my coffee complimentary as a gesture of goodwill. Horrible service rude managers that called the cops and trespassed me for no reason LAWSUIT COMING AVOID ALL STARBUCKS ITS ALL DUTCH BROS NOW. We are back to those days where the managers go on power trips and call the cops on you for no reason.
