I asked for light ice and I think they purposefully filled the drinks full of ice. I personally dont care for starbucks but my 12 y.o. daughter was devastated and thinks they dont know how to follow simple requests and are wasting people's money. Eh! I told her it's would let people know this experience sucked and who ever worked 1-3-26 around noon needs better drink making skills and if i wasnt lazy I would have gone back in to complain.
It pisses me off to spend $11 for a cup of coffee that taste like watered down coffee beans. Whoever made this needs some additional training.
