I ordered a Large cappuccino coffee, and they gave me half a glass for $5, the first and last time I will never come to you again, I hope 0/0 I haven't even drunk coffee yet, I showed them that there was half a glass of coffee and they laughed 🤔
The baristas should definitely work on their attitude and customer service skills.
No reason I should be placing a mobile order with a 4-6 min wait time on the app & receiving it 30min later. And that was only bcuz the store was empty & they had "no orders" so they were wondering why I was just standing there and it was cause they never checked the bakery section to start my order 🤦♀️ every experience just gets worse and worse. And it smells like straight bleach at 4pm. They need to save that for closing time.
Not all Starbucks are created equal & this location is the best. I order a seasonal drink customized a certain way & it’s saved in my faves so I just add to my order each time. This location is the only one that makes it right. Super weak and tastes mostly like milk from other locations I’ve gone to.
