Ridiculous
Out barista listened to a review of a drink we had sometime in the past and then suggested customizations to make the next one exactly what we wanted.
I am all for being patient with new hires but Khole was super unprofessional. She out loud told me she didn’t know what she was doing that she was new, didn’t read back my order to me, didn’t know the menu (add on or customizable) she got 2 of my drinks wrong and when I approached the window she had hickeys on her neck, unneat clothing, was on her phone, and didn’t know how to scan in my points.
