Had a really bad experience in this location! I ordered an iced ube coconut cream shaken espresso for 3:08 pickup, but it still wasn’t ready at 3:10. Finally got a barista’s attention, and she told me they had run out of ube coconut cream. WHAT?? Since I ordered through the app, there was no notice or update at all. And, When I told her my dog was outside and I needed to stay with her, she said not to worry and that she would bring the drink out to me. But that never happened!
