I had to take a moment to highlight the outstanding customer service I received from Sam, one of the baristas at this Starbucks. Not only was she friendly, attentive, and welcoming, but she went above and beyond in a way that truly moved me. We were in the cafe. After finishing our lattes, we were refused to have a simple tea refill. The barista woman insisted that we didn't have tea. We showed her the policy on Starbucks website stating that regardless of the original drink, one can get tea and coffee refills. yet she didn't agree.
