The service at this location is not welcoming. Gerr was extremely rude. I waited at the front counter for over ten minutes with no one greeting me or taking my order. When I did ask for help Gerr said I was yelling and to wait as they would come soon. I’ve been to starbucks all over the country and as a reserve member, completely disappointed.
