Took over 10 minutes to get my drink. Wasn’t what I ordered. Asked for a refund. Rude and Disrespectful cashier took an extra long time with refund and took $2 off. I corrected her and she went even slower to give the correct amount. Was very patronizing. Most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant! Won’t be coming back!
If you plan to order , at least order 20 minutes in advance, I once had to cancel my order since my half an hour lunch done, and today I waited 30 minutes for one drink.
Poor and cold response when ask for order coffee status (which already late). Already collected our food about 10mins ago. Staffs were chatting and only one barista getting drink ready. Where is the Starbucks welcoming and friendly spirit?
