We ask for iced brown sugar, oat milk, shaken, espresso easy on the ice and they gave us a half full drink. It look like a joke. The girl didn't even ask if I wanted extra milk or extra coffee. She gave me a look like if nothing was wrong. The drink looked like a slap in the face/ like I just had gotten ripped off. And it would have looked even less full if they didn't put the ice.
