Had one of those mornings I left my debit card at home but had cash. I had a $100 bill on my wallet. I went into Starbucks at 8:40on a Tuesday. They refused to take my $100 bill. She said that they didn’t have change. The Starbucks is located right off the 405 in Van Nuys California. It is not a Starbucks that doesn’t see a lot of people. I find that hard to believe.
