Nice customer service
It wasn't busy and they had quick service. The staff was patient with our short change total and gave us our order anyways. And for letting us slide on 44 cents.
Wow, I didn’t think I would write a bad review bit here we go. I normally get Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso and the amount of oatmilk that gets put it varies by a lot so sometimes I will ask barista to add a bit more oatmilk and for a straw. Today a barista got mad at me for asking for oatmilk?!?! She was like “it’s only supposed to be a splash and that’s how much I gave you”. I asked well how can I order with a bit more and she was “ then order a latte!” and kept going on about how my order should only have a splash. ... read more
