I had coffee at this store around 10 AM on Saturday morning and then took my refill. When I was drinking in the car, I realized it was actually a cup of hot water, not coffee; I had been a member for nearly 15 years. Starbucks' service and quality are no longer what they used to be.
Jadiaga disapproves of the way these people treat customers, whether or not they are able to buy something or not, the restroom is a basic human right. Do NOT spend your money at this location, there is a Starbucks in the Ralph's across the street.
I have been a semi-regular customer for over 5 years now. However, while I was waiting for the bus, I needed to use the restroom. Apparently now, you MUST buy something in order to use their restroom. I will not be returning to this location. Very bad customer service.
