Jadiaga disapproves of the way these people treat customers, whether or not they are able to buy something or not, the restroom is a basic human right. Do NOT spend your money at this location, there is a Starbucks in the Ralph's across the street.
I have been a semi-regular customer for over 5 years now. However, while I was waiting for the bus, I needed to use the restroom. Apparently now, you MUST buy something in order to use their restroom. I will not be returning to this location. Very bad customer service.
Went there at 20:30. The Store is open til 22:00. According to the app, in-store and drive through was available at that time. Drive through was a huge line so I choose to go inside and order to go. Door is locked more than an hour before store closing time. More than five employees in there and half of them just chatting and doing nothing much. They nod me to go get back in the drive through line. Oh, and they ask for a tip at the end!
One the worst Starbuck in LA Always take forever. If you in a rush I recommend to go to a different location it take way too long here
SB discontinued their popcorn pack with chips. Miss the popcorn but the chips.are.really good. What does this have to do with coffee? Absolutely nothing. But it's one of those extras that make it pleasant to go to SB for coffee.
