I wanted to get some coffee for a long night and my vehicle couldn't fit under the drive thru. Walked up to the window and asked politely if we can order since they wanted to close the lobby inside on a weekend so early. The lady behind the window was being so rude. Talking to us like we were bums telling us to go to another starbucks location. Manager or not, that lady should not be working customer service. NEVER COMING BACK
They decided to take the order of a white woman, that cut in front of my family. They could clearly see that we were first in line, but decided to take her order instead. When I mentioned it to the manager, she said that she could only give me a dollar off, which was really dismissive and just further the point that they have a service issue at this location

I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 10 years, and today I had one of the most disappointing experiences ever - at this specific location. An employee named Christian refused to give me a cup of water unless I purchased something. He claimed it was Starbucks' policy not to provide water without a purchase. This has NEVER happened to me at any other Starbucks in my life.
