Why doesn't live Starbucks
Terrible! Placed a mobile order for a regular Cortado made with signature espresso roast no foam and heavy cream. Had to make it three times because they couldn’t get it right had to park out in the parking lot in the back 40 and walk in there for the grief, but not so much as an apology for wasting my time and not being able to read the ticket correctly
I came around 8:30pm through the drive through and I ordered a berry matcha and they did it so poorly the matcha tasted like they didn’t do it correctly. I feel super upset because I just got off work as well and I was craving it as well and they messed it up twice too. It’s so disappointing honestly.
Great food and amazing drinks! Got my order speedy quick and food came out nice and hot! Also really sweet workers and notes on the cups
This afternoon I get stopped over at this Starbucks to get a strawberry refresher on this warm January day and to my surprise after talking to the barista she offered to make me another one because my birthday is this Sunday February 1st
