Lady at the front was so rude and passive aggressive. I nicely asked how long the typically wait time was and she replied “if you just ordered it wouldve been done by now.” Like jeez, just wondering😭😭

My daughter picked up my drink for me this morning. It was supposed to be an iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso. Drink was packed to the top with ice and was literally brown water with no milk or flavor. I took the drink back and asked them to please remake it and barista (tall blonde girl) wanted to argue that that's the amount of ice that comes with it, that it's only supposed to be a splash of milk with that amount of ice and if she remakes it, there will be a lot less coffee (or brown water?) in my drink...
