Terrible attitudes. Never smile, not good customer service. Had to remake my drink 3 different times and then tried to charge me when I finally gave up and just asked for syrup on the side so I could make it myself. This Starbucks has always been mediocre-bad. Mostly the attitudes ruin the experience, as most other Starbucks customer service is exceptional.
This employee Kirsten needs to fix her attitude. I asked for cold foam and she was charging me $5.95 for that. And as I get just the cold foam at all the starbuck they charge $1.25. I told her that and showed her the proof of it and she goes my boss told me to charge you that. I spoke to my corporate boss and they told me to charge that. How she managed to call the boss within 30seconds was impressive.
