⚠️DO NOT GET A PECAN CRUNCH ICED CHAI LATTE!!!!!! ⚠️ So me and my friend were just in the drive thru, and we got the new chai hoping it was going to be good. We then make our way to the mall, then it hits. IMMEDIATELY we feel the sensation of our bowels moving. We immediately run to the bathroom and do our business. I had asked about the Tomato and Mozzerella sandwich at the drive-thru, I was told it was delicious. It was horrible ! They over microwaved . It was hard and rubbery , Starbucks you can do better for the price you charge... NEVER AGAIN

Went there to pickup mobile order and they were doing construction. They wouldn’t let me pick it up even though it was ready. Told me I had to go through the drive through that was wrapped around the building. I was literally in the building…just hand me my drink. They also refused to refund me. Didn’t have time to wait 20 minutes in line. They should have referenced the lobby was closed on the app.
