I recently went to Starbucks in New Philadelphia, the ordering process took quite longer than it should have. It seemed whoever took my order did not understand what I was asking for. I asked for two pumps of Hazelnut syrup & some Oatmilk, these two things were completely misunderstood. I had to come back to the store because of how awful the taste was. Fast, my drink wasn't ready when I walked in so they quickly made it for me, that was so sweet Staff was very friendly and fast, even during a rush!
