The gentleman working the drive-thru at least some afternoons is SO GOOD at customer service! Friendly, engaging, and professional. Give that man a raise!
I was given an explanation on why matcha foams take up 90% of my drink and how I should have requested my order in a certain way so that it’s not all “matcha foam”. I’m… not sure why they’re using a blender to make matcha. It seems unique to this location because I haven’t had this problem at other stores Replying to the reply: I was given my TedTalk after I asked if the drink could be remade 👍
