The employees mess up my order everytime I am there making me late for class. This is a problem everytime I am there and now it’s reflecting my attendance in class. My orders have been stolen previously at least 3 times. When I ask to get my order remade, it is always the wrong drink.
Very rude employees. Three ladies were working this morning. I was the first customer at 8 am right when they opened. They were still busy setting things up, and not a single one of them greeted me or any of the other customers. I was waiting for 10 minutes before one of the ladies said that they were waiting for the code to opening the register… that’s typically something you would disclose to customers as soon as you see them no? waited 45 mins for a drink during a slow period and asked multiple different people where my drink was.... they said they'd look. finally i went up again, and they said "oh we couldn't make it because we don't have one of the syrups". Seriously? You couldn't have called my name or looked around? I was sitting up there the whole time. Workers are often extremely slow and inattentive.
