Very disappointed to have placed my mobile order and come in to find this. Absolutely intentional way for shortening someone on their drink and hard earned money. They filled it up right under the third line, and didn’t even bother. How does a barista deliberately put this together and think it’s okay?
I ordered 4 drinks and didn’t get my order correctly and was in person order
Every time I order my drinks from here off of DoorDash they ALWAYS get it wrong or it’s missing an item that I requested for my drink. And I’m paying over $18 just for a medium size drink to keep receiving something I didn’t request! It’s very disappointing
"My husband and I had an incredibly upsetting experience here. The staff treated us with a complete lack of respect, looking at us with visible disgust as if they were better than us. We were made to feel unwelcome and judged from the moment we walked in because he was a bald headed mexican male. It is unacceptable for employees to treat customers with such looking-down-their-nose behavior."
