I went on the day it snowed I was standing in line behind 3 people when I got up to the register to order my drink she told me she was going on lunch and could not take my order and I stood in the line whole time very unprofessional she never told me until I got to her it was only me and another person that was standing there but would not take our order
Ever since I moved up here after trying this starbucks, it has been a delight having the team who handles this starbucks branch make the drinks I and my wife consume daily! I jave been a regular since I've been here and they already know what I am getting and make sure its done correctly and quickly! I forsake the other starbucks branches that even open earlier to get my coffees! It soooooo worth going into work late to get my coffee from this branch!
Barista tried to take order with her back turned, saying “I am listening.” A smile and some eye contact go a long way. It is unfortunate because everything else was up to standard (food quality, efficiency, cleanliness)
I didn’t know what I wanted so I asked the barista to make me her favorite drink and I think she said it was the cinnamon cold brew but I see why it’s her favorite, thank you so much!
