Our family rarely goes to Starbucks, but the kids asked to stop by yesterday so we gave it a try. The associate at the counter was polite, but several things went wrong. We made two separate orders — the first was fine, but the second was confusing from the start. We didn’t receive a receipt, which became a problem when we waited 15–20 minutes and realized our order wasn’t correct.
