I had to change it from a 5 star to a 1star after 4 years of coming here. Had a Bias experience with the employee. Do better...
The service on this location sucks. I asked for a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with the pieces on the side and the server refused to give me that. She said they cant do anything on the side anymore. That’s unbelievable. I’ve been ordering it for months in many locations and I have never had a problem with it. This location is the only one that refused it. They don’t know how to treat a customer. I will never ever come back to this location
They always do a great job and always super happy =)
