El servicio es lento a diferencia de otros Starbucks, además de que el personal es distraído...les dije que quería un Matcha Latte con leche de avena y me lo dieron con leche de almendras. Tardaron en darme la bebida 15 minutos...y no fui con la única conla que se equivocaron en el pedido. I have seen some bad reviews, I mean I guess mistakes happen but they have always got my stuff right and they are always super welcoming and seem to know everyone who walks in the door.
Best Starbucks in the area. Always open when they should be open, won't tell you they are out of tea or coffee. They will make it if out. Food always perfect. Seriously best service and Starbucks around.
I drive out of my way to come to this Starbucks (grand and riverside area) passing another one on the way. This place never mess up orders and they are always so nice. Oh, and the drinks are always on point! If you frequent starbucks, you know that some stores will make your usual and it will be a little off. Not this one.
