Terrible service. Ordered a couple of things, including a cup of coffee. We wanted blonde roast, but when we were told they only had medium roast, said that was fine…ordered medium roast and was charged for it. Few minutes later…receive all of our items except for the coffee. When I ask about, the barista said very rudely “you said you didn’t want medium roast.” I respond that I did want it, ordered it, and was charged for it. Nasty. The store front is disgusting. They weren't even opened on time. They were out of stock of basic things. The staff had very rude attitudes. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Don’t waste your time here.
High traffic area, one VERY slow employee doing everything while others are in the back wasting time. No help, no management...over priced for what is being offered.
Online says open til 4. At 3:30 shut down and gated up. Very disappointed. Needed my afternoon caffeine fix
