This is easily the best Starbucks in the area. Reading some of these reviews, it feels like people are looking for reasons to complain when there really aren't many. Yes, sometimes items sell out, that happens at every busy coffee shop. When that happens, you can order something else or visit another location like an adult. Got the new Butterfly Refresher, it was everything I excepted it to be. The staff was super friendly. Atmosphere was pretty chill. Unfortunate long lines but it went by quickly. Overall an amazing experience and I would come back again.
so… slow… had to repeat my order a few times because the barista at the register was wearing earbuds. inattentive baristas that don’t look like they want to be there at all. they were out of dark roast coffee for days. i could say so much more but just know that i got in my car and drove to a different starbucks even though this one was in the hotel lobby i was staying at. after 2 visits i couldn’t do it anymore it was literally painful.
I hate to give this Starbucks a low rating, especially since I've been a loyal fan since 2001, dating back to my college days in NYC. My recent visit was quite disappointing, possibly due to its location inside the private “Emerald Beach.” I ordered my usual iced Soy Mocha and settled in to catch up on some emails and phone calls before heading to the beach.
