Worst drink and worst service I’ve ever experienced. Drive 5 miles down the road and there’s a great Starbucks. Ordered a white mocha. It tasted like hot water. Drink these in every city, and state. Asked to make it so I could taste it, he opened the lid and started explaining how I was wrong.
Went at 7:30 an hour and half after they opened and ordered a bagel. Workers let me purchase bagel without letting me know they had zero cream cheese. Since I am on vacation, I do not have an endless supply nor does the convenience store have any on hand. I’m extremely disappointed. The service was ok other than that. When i asked for cream cheese they told me to try the convenience store. This is something truly unacceptable and I feel as if this should have been made right.
