The speed and vibe have changed at this Starbucks. There are no longer happy faces that greet me and the speed sucks. I don't know what changed in just under a week. But this is just sad, the morning crew is no longer the well oiled machine it used to be it seems.

I understand it can be understaffed and we are thankful for them making our drinks in the first place but when this is a consistent experience at this location it is disappointing. The way these employees are speaking to customers is insanely distasteful and rude. I frequent Starbucks and this location is always taking 10 minutes longer to make my drinks. I’m not satisfied with my experience at Starbucks. Sophia was not very professional as a barista. I requested a remake because of how my drink was presented, but instead of remaking it properly, she only added more of the ingredient I was already unhappy with. She then attempted to pour off the top of the drink and serve it back to me. When I declined and again requested a remake, she responded aggressively by asking why.
