Your typical Starbucks. I'm not impressed with paying $7 for a cup of coffee that is extremely bitter and overly strong when I can get a far superior cup of coffee at McDonald's for a dollar fifty. The atmosphere was cold and sterile. The people here seemed uppity and rude. The customers are no better. You're far better off going to a McDonald's or a bigbys for coffee in my opinion.
Very nice looking place on the outside. Not the beat up Starbucks you find out in Kentwood. This has a nicer atmosphere, much cleaner, friendlier staff, however as for comfort on the inside it appeared rather cold and un inviting. Best Starbucks I have been at in the GR area is the one in downtown East Grand Rapids. Now that place you feel like you can walk in, grab a coffee, sit down, and read a good book in a comfortable nook.
Everyone there was very professional and kind ta les and floors were clean.
