when buying “large” coffees i don’t know starbucks crazy way of saying large but they are constantly only fill them 1/2-2/3 full. i’m paying $7 for a coffee that costs $1 to make you gotta fill them up. this keeps on constantly happening. i have to now drive an extra 3 minutes to go to the d&w starbucks which fills them full. on a positive note the workers are friendly and store is always clean
I attempted to order the Ube drink and asked for extra Ube cold foam. When I received the drink the foam was liquid and tasted like pure milk. When I asked for a refund, the lady was nice but told me they aren't allowed to do extra ube. When a day before they were more that willing to give me extra ube and why not tell me that when I ordered the drink?
Just wanted to give a shout out to this Starbucks, I mistakenly placed an order to a different one, and they kindly made my order, at no extra cost. I offered to call the other store and they told me not to worry about it. My latte and breakfast was delicious! Great customer service!
