I had already cut back on my visits here due to the baseless price increases. But the straw that broke this camels back today is when I picked up my order and asked for an ice water as well they charged me ¢25 because the $8 for my drink worth $4 a year ago wasn't enough. That ¢25 just cost the company the other money I spend there as well. When the family behind me heard it was ¢25 per water the mother said she wasn't paying for waters for her kids and they turned and left. Which is what I should have done.
Don’t get mad at the customer for getting their order wrong. This Starbucks needs customer service training, as well as drink training. Not impressed.
Great Baristas, nice atmosphere excellent Starbucks to visit.
