Went to my usual SB’s in Forest Hills Foods and was told that they were only doing online orders! She didn’t have time for walk ins apparently. WTH Starbucks!!!
Worst service of all time! I’d be embarrassed to be running this location! You took 25 minutes to make one latte! Shame on you. I’d fire every single one of you and start over period.
Within the past year, the Starbucks at the Forest Hills Foods location has turned into a place that is welcoming and cheerful! Many times I've had the barista write a message on my cup "have a wonderful day", or taking a bit of time to chat. The new manager, Phoenix, is a true leader. Phoenix leads the team by showing them how to be friendly, even under pressure, always has a smile and a kind greeting, and takes the time to get to know his employees and customers.
