I have given this particular Starbucks every chance in the world, and yet, the Starbucks experience just isn't alive in this store. There is never a welcome, rarely a goodbye and never any interacting at the handoff plane. I do not know if I have seen a lobby slide in my dozens of visits and the staff situation is like mice.
