This place went downhill over the last couple of years. Notably really bad this past year. Staff is not with it at all and seems unable to run the store, coffee is never consistent and odds are (80 percent of the time) you're getting a $4 cup of stale water or burnt tasting coffee. I order regular coffee and what surprises me is how a coffee shop can't just make a good cup of regular coffee. Anyway, a customer lost.
Tabby is the best! She is so helpful, kind, and informative I needed help figuring out what coffee to order my husband and she was spot on with her suggestion!
