I went to this location a bit ago and one of the workers wrote “you matter” on my cup. This meant so much to me as I really needed to hear those words and I wanted to make sure that team knows they really helped someone that day.
Ordered three drinks on Saturday and three kids got sick! What the heck is wrong with this store and employees?
I order delivery from this store occasionally. Almost every time without fail the order is screwed up. I will order an iced drink with whipped cream and mocha drizzle. (It is an upchange of like 50 cents) Every time I order it no whipped cream which means no mocha drizzle. Why is this such a hard thing to get right? I can't be possibly ordering every time you are out of whipped cream.
