I ordered a Pink Drink today and it tasted completely different than usual. The color was very pale and the flavor was off — almost like it was missing ingredients or not mixed correctly. I usually love this drink, but this one was really disappointing.
This Starbucks is amazing. They make my drink correctly every single time! James, Summer and Toby are so personable and great! I really appreciate being able to go in and get my drink and not worry whether I have to ask them to remake it! Keep up the amazing work!! 😎
I went into Starbucks today. A young man named James was working behind the counter and I just want to say that he was exceptional. He was pleasant and talkative multitasking which is a wonderful quality.
