Horrible atmosphere. No plugs for laptops and uncomfortable seating. Would never come back to this location
This morning i didn't buy anything and will not be buying from here anymore. I usually never leave a bad review but today I came in for a cup of water mind you it's not the 1st time I buy at this location. I asked for a cup of water. The this chick I've never seen before says unfortunately if your not purchasing anything I can't give you water. Ok that's cool but then proceed to say he doesn't have any money. That's triggering and disrespectful.
I visit this Starbucks almost every day because the service is usually excellent. The team is consistently friendly, welcoming, and always makes my drinks exactly the way I like them. That is why I continue to come back and recommend this location. However, I would like to share a concern regarding an employee named Jami. Over my last three visits when she has assisted me, I have experienced interactions that felt unfriendly and not consistent with the level of customer service I have come to expect from Starbucks.
