Today I found out that Starbucks changed their Chai Tea recipe, how unfortunate. But Rachel (Mgr) was there to the rescue. Not only did she know how to emulate the original she did it with poise & grace. She used my name, gave me a warm smile, and a fabulous beverage. Thank you again Rachel! Dave
