Update(9/4/2026): They take mobile orders now, but they turn it off and on when they can’t manage the line and incoming mobile orders. —- Still the worst Starbucks in existence. I talked to the lady who’s in charge of this location and she blamed the long lines on the students and their complicated(custom) drinks, rather than recognizing that this location is understaffed and too small to deal with the larger student body (about 30,000 students). Wasn't in a hurry, waited over 40 mins for my drink its fine though, its the fact that people that came wayyyyy after me got there drink and when I finally got mine it was wrong, not remotely close either. They were busy and I didnt wanna wait another 30+mins so I just got a drink at another location to fix my drink. Otherwsie staff taking orders were really nice just sucked to wait for a bad drink. Maybe next time.

The Lady at the preparation station is absolutely killing it . Making multiple drinks at the same time being super fast. Nailed the rush. Vivian is her name I think
