Same consistant Starbucks...but sometimes that's what you need.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this Starbucks. Every time I order ahead through the app. they miss a condiment in my drink. This has happened more than once and I'm fed up with paying extra for something they can't get right. I'll be going to a different location from now on.
Six people behind the counter. Just me waiting. Two employees chatting. Took more than two minutes to engage with me.
My daughter was about to go into labor and requested a pink drink on our way to meet them at the hospital. We sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before a stranger told us there's a note on the front door saying they're closed. Watched a half dozen other people do the same as we were leaving. Definitely won't be back. This was the second location we tried. Had to go to downtown St Paul to find an open location.
