poor customer service, I walk to this location on Saturdays, staff is typically not very friendly, I can ignore that, I'm just there to grab drinks, but today they wouldn't give me a cup holder. Since I was walking home I needed a bag and cup holder to carry my drinks, I was informed that cup holders are now only for door dash, which must be a new policy because I've never had an issue with this before.
