I’m honestly not surprised this Starbucks has such bad reviews after my experience today. I walked in with Starbucks Rewards points and wanted to use them. I could already see that 200 points had been deducted, but then I was told another 100 points needed to be deducted, which I didn’t understand. I go to Safeway and Starbucks often. I have been too many locations for both. I am very unfortunate to have this one by my house. The people here are very unfriendly, hardly at the counter and lie about closing hours. I’ve walked out twice here because the employees are just so incredibly rude and lack any ounce of customer service skills. Avoid this Safeway and Starbucks at all cost if you actually care about being treated like a human being.
