I go to Safeway and Starbucks often. I have been too many locations for both. I am very unfortunate to have this one by my house. The people here are very unfriendly, hardly at the counter and lie about closing hours. I’ve walked out twice here because the employees are just so incredibly rude and lack any ounce of customer service skills. Avoid this Safeway and Starbucks at all cost if you actually care about being treated like a human being.

I just ordered a peppermint hot coffee and it was hot chocolate. I went inside and the young lady poured peppermint in it and stirred. It was not good at all. I went inside and requested my refund. Her demeanor is not pleasant at all. I will not be returning and should have went elsewhere.
