Laura was the rudest barista I’ve ever had. From the beginning she gave an attitude and was rude even when we were smiling and talking good to her. She seemed mad of having to do her job and was incredibly slow. Any other Starbucks in the valley is better than this one save yourself the time and money
If this Starbucks get busy AT ALL it’s like the employees forget or don’t want t do their job right. They start making drinks incorrectly or carelessly. I would rather my drink take two extra minutes and actually get what I ordered. I’m also more likely to tip if you do it right the first time. Most people are understanding when you’re busy, but still expect to get what they ordered made correctly.
