my review: earlier today, i witnessed the assistant manager(?) be extremely rude to a worker. it made the environment very unprofessional and uncomfortable. the worker looked like she was going to cry. when the assistant manager took my order, she was also rude and short with me. she would often answer me with a loud “WHAT?” when she couldn’t hear my order. absolutely terrible experience with the assistant manager, but the drinks were good

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Bryce the “lead” on shift is consistently rude. The first few times I thought maybe he’s just having a bad day…but time after time he is condescending, unprofessional and how he treats customers needs to be addressed by management. I will not be returning here, and I suggest if you’re looking for a great Starbucks there’s one in Kroger like 5 minutes away. Go there. Or ANYWHERE else. Trust me.
So basically my turtle Timothy told me he wanted Starbucks and I was just kinda like “Timothy, you know your a turtle and a iced caramel Macchiato isn’t exactly good for you” but he didn’t care so I took him. He was delighted with his drink but was scared by a woman with blue hair and several nose piercings wich is a Timothy problem if you ask me.
