Excellent service for the attentions ☺️
This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Bryce the “lead” on shift is consistently rude. The first few times I thought maybe he’s just having a bad day…but time after time he is condescending, unprofessional and how he treats customers needs to be addressed by management. I will not be returning here, and I suggest if you’re looking for a great Starbucks there’s one in Kroger like 5 minutes away. Go there. Or ANYWHERE else. Trust me.
So basically my turtle Timothy told me he wanted Starbucks and I was just kinda like “Timothy, you know your a turtle and a iced caramel Macchiato isn’t exactly good for you” but he didn’t care so I took him. He was delighted with his drink but was scared by a woman with blue hair and several nose piercings wich is a Timothy problem if you ask me. I come here often & I’m more disappointed than not. The other day I was in the line for about 42 minutes, I was the 7th car. Had I of known, I would’ve went down the road to Dunkin. Today I paid .50 for Carmel brûlée toppings, & didn’t even get them on my coffee. I used to let the mistake on my drink go to the wayside cause they are busy but moved fast. Now I don’t know what the excuse is, but I believe I’ll start saving my $7.50 & spend my $4 at Dunkin.
