Worst experience ive ever had at a Starbucks entirely because of the manager named Emily. I asked where to give feedback about not having paper towels in the bathroom and her response was "What do we look like construction workers?" and it went downhill from there. When I went back in to get her managers business card she was trash talking me to another customer. THE stupidest drive thru ever. It cuts right between the parking spaces so it is often impossible to get out.
