Online said the closed a 9pm. Sign said 8:30 pm. Was there 7:55pm and the two kids in there would not let order at the drive through sign. Pulled around to the window and we were informed the were closed. We said everything said you were open. We were informed they don't care.
The comfort level of this crew of professionals is astonishing. Easily and consistently the worst Starbucks I have ever patronized. I thought it was bad 5 years ago whilst working at Cabrini- in town for a few days - yup! And still. Hahahaha. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache, the gas, and the energy. This place is abysmal!!
Unfriendly
I can make an online order it will say 4-6 minutes to be ready. Ill walk in and see the barista has pulled the cup and put the sticker with my name on the counter. Will start other orders while ignoring my cup. This has happened multiple times. Ive waited for a drink for 30 minutes before. At the time the store was empty. If you order only they will not refund you in-store.
