I can definitely see what everyone is talking about now. Such a bad Starbucks. They say they “can’t remake drinks” I work at Starbucks and have never heard of that before. I always remake drinks for customers when needed. Such bad customer service.
This is the best Starbucks that we have in Rapids, parish. The girls are always friendly and on point with orders. They could close down the other locations because this one can handle it all.
Well, I paid quite a bit of money for a venti but didn’t get much drink at all. My wife bought this for me to bring home and asked for one without ice, so as not to melt. Well, this is how much coffee they gave me. Ridiculous! You won’t be getting any more money from me Starbucks.
