The card machine did not work at the drive thru. They kept the drive thru open anyway. Whoever manages this Starbucks needs to get a non-management, non-operational job. I intentionally went through the drive thru for a reason, and they need to shut it down or they need to inform people before they order that they can only take cash at the drive thru window.
