Every time I have came to the Starbucks, I have always gotten exceptional customer service. However, there was a time last week where I completely messed up my order and was so embarrassed because it was totally my fault. the policies are awful. restrrooms should be open to anyone. requiring payment for tapwater and use of the bathroom gets your company no business from me! i understand not wanting homeless sleeping or using drugs in your bathroom, however UNIFORMED workers trying to find an open restroom should not be required to buy something. same goes for water TAKE A HIKE STARBUCKS!
This company will make you pay to use the bathroom even if you're a delivery worker trying to find a place to take a leak. Starbucks is a greedy corporation and these people at this location are sucking up and licking their boots. Edited to add Staples across the parking lot does not charge to use the bathroom and they have wonderful facilities
I met a coworker to drive together at this location and purchased coffee and food. Upon dropping that coworker off later that day, I asked to use the restroom and was turned away. I just thought that was a little ridiculous.
