I’m from Florida, and while I was waiting to order behind a family of eleven, I couldn’t help but notice Jalen working behind the counter. As all the drink orders came in, I stood there amazed watching him. This is by far the best Starbucks experience. My family and I arrived as soon as they opened- to be greeted by friendly individuals. You can tell they all took pride in their work- the facility was clean and their service exceeded all expectations. Their kindness and professionalism is appreciated by us and should be acknowledged by corporate.
The drink was made well, but it took over 10 minutes to make a refresher with no fruit in it.. and I was the only customer there… Staff didn’t smile, and were walking slow and cracking jokes
Breakfast food items are decent but the coffee is inconsistent. Brewed light roast is my everyday order and it's great when done well but after multiple bad days I've been alternating to McDonald's coffee.
