The cashiers with the headsets were amazing. But my drink was not made right AGAIN! I paid for ingredients that were not put in both my drinks. It was not that many people inside, so it shouldn’t have been an issue. But if you can not multitask with inside, mobile orders and the drive through maybe Starbucks is not the play for you. Worker - woman with red braids - is the nastiest, most unpleasant Starbucks barista I've met. Maybe she hates her job and should find another, non-customer facing role. Safeway staff says she's just mean. Unfortunate.
This Starbucks usually gets it right, but today they didn’t, and now I’m paying for it. I’m very sensitive to dairy. I ordered a drink with non-dairy sweet cream, and it was even printed correctly on the cup. But whoever made it clearly used regular dairy. I didn’t realize until after I finished it. Now I’m sick and in pain.
I love the drive thru customer service, extra bubbly and friendly, which is necessary on a early a.m... Drinks are always awesome. Greatly appreciate the consistency.
