This Starbucks usually gets it right, but today they didn’t, and now I’m paying for it. I’m very sensitive to dairy. I ordered a drink with non-dairy sweet cream, and it was even printed correctly on the cup. But whoever made it clearly used regular dairy. I didn’t realize until after I finished it. Now I’m sick and in pain.
I love the drive thru customer service, extra bubbly and friendly, which is necessary on a early a.m... Drinks are always awesome. Greatly appreciate the consistency.
I was feeling poorly and wanted a medicine ball from Starbuck's. Since this location is in my neighborhood and I wasn't feeling the best, I thought I could come here quickly. "Janie" at the registers was very friendly and handled my transaction with a great big smile! I appreciated her level of professionalism. She represents your company well.
