I love the drive thru customer service, extra bubbly and friendly, which is necessary on a early a.m... Drinks are always awesome. Greatly appreciate the consistency.
I was feeling poorly and wanted a medicine ball from Starbuck's. Since this location is in my neighborhood and I wasn't feeling the best, I thought I could come here quickly. "Janie" at the registers was very friendly and handled my transaction with a great big smile! I appreciated her level of professionalism. She represents your company well. This particular Starbucks is rare. 2 day in a row the coffee machines were broken. No fruit and cheese platter (2 days in a row). But, they were polite as I left empty handed.
