Starbucks is supposed to have excellent service - apparently, not ALL of them…I had a mobile order and while waiting (too long) I asked to use the restroom. Maybe they just caught me on a bad day, but I felt like I was asking to come behind the line! The first Gentlemen said, ‘sure, after you make a purchase’ I said I have a mobile order, he said ‘sure, we’ll get someone to let you in….’ They did pretty soon, but I’m confused why you have a code if you don’t want to give it out. By far the worst starbucks I have ever been too. Made my blonde vanilla latte wrong then got upset with us because the guy taking the order didnt make it iced.
