It's just awful! I arrived, ordered coffee, stood in line, and because of their incompetence, they didn't process the order and sent me back to stand in line again. The manager couldn't resolve the issue and was very rude!
Out of iced venti cups, cannot fulfill mobile orders requesting such, "no, you may not have it in two tall or grande cups," per your (customer's) request. BUT, they will GLADLY cancel the attempt to fulfill your desires altogether and so GENEROUSLY offer to FULLY refund your ENTIRE order, and you confirm the whole thing has been refunded? and they confirm back. Barista seemed stressed and was grumpy. Foodnis good, coffee also but expensive.
