I have yet to have 1 good experience here. it's all across the board. So here are my requests ... Can you please have consistency in how you make your drinks everyday? Can you please have kind positive people working through the drive-thru? Can you please make it so it takes me less than 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru? I've been Starbucks customer forever and just walked in asked for ice water and they said sorry you gotta buy something first so low that i won't be buying Starbucks till that changes byeeee
