Super busy store in the morning and lines are long. Lacks a little of cleanliness behind the counter when so buying. Staff nice, food and coffee good.
They have great staff but do not honor Starbucks app specials
Waited half an hour in the drive thru to get a black tea lemonade that is 90% lemonade and water and a Bacon Gouda sandwich that had no bacon or Gouda and was nuked so much it was squishy.
Very hit or miss, definitely one of the less friendly staff compared to other stores. I have had my cup one time overfilled with ice if they read EXTRA ice .. I generally don't complain but I literally got two gulps before the 16oz was gone and I thought maybe I forgot to mention light ice ..but nope it was on the sticker so I went inside and was like um is it ok if I get this remade because this is not light ice .. the person rolled their eyes and re made it.
