On 7/3/26 around 10:30 a.m. I went to the Starbucks inside of king Soopers and witnessed unacceptable customer service. A young gentleman in front of me was trying to order a drink for somebody with low blood sugar and when trying to explain that to the lady, as well as his order, she was not only being unhelpful but was also making comments like "that's not how that works" and "yeah, she's not gonna like that at all. that doesn't sound good" in a rude way. This morning my son went to go get me a drink and they made it very wrong. He had asked for cold foam in the cup and the 2 older ladies didnt put it. When he asked for one shot of espresso the lady made a face. He also asked for carmel around the cup and they did not put it in. I wouldve asked my son to go ask them to remake it but he was in a Rush.

Very good customer service very nice people always help me to decide what I want to drink very pleased.
