I am writing to respectfully express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from a barista who commenced employment at the end of July. My order, which was a straightforward cold brew, was prepared inaccurately. Furthermore, I observed that another customer who arrived after me was served before me. This experience was rather disappointing.
Not sure if she was stressed or what, but after having me stand there forever, and me telling her it was no worries— she still managed to be incredibly rude to me. Around 6pm 12/22.

If I let you read my order from my app and you still get it wrong. Very easy easy instructions. Just read the drink recipe and make it accordingly. Read and make. Read and make EXACTLY how it’s ordered. Nothing more. Nothing less. This isn’t just on 1 occasion but multiple. I guess shame on me.
